SMALL FOOD VENDOR FOR PASSPORT VIBES FESTIVAL 2026.

PLEASE NOTE EACH VENDOR CATEGORY HAS A LIMITED AMOUNT OF SLOTS.

**PLEASE READ BELOW**

1. Comes with a 10x10 tent, 6ft and 2 chairs.

2. Feel free to bring signage and any extra tables or chairs if you feel the need to.

3. We will print a banner with your company name or logo for your tent.

4. Comes with wifi for vendor transactions **

5. Food vendors who sell food on festival grounds CAN NOT SELL DRINKS. ONLY FOOD ITEMS.

6. Power options will be provided. Please bring at least 100 ft of extension cords and power strip.

7. Must be registered with a shared kitchen or have own kitchen inspected by the City of Chicago. Proof of most recent inspection must be provided.

8. Must acquire Summer Sanitarian license. Our food coordinator can assist if help is needed.

9. Single event permit and/or 180 special event permit will need to be completed and approved by Dept Of Cultural And Special Events (DCASE). Our Food coordinator will assist in the process of getting you approved.
